Many of us have made the new year resolutions!if yours is to kickstart a healthy lifestyle, you are in the right place!
For all those who have taken a looong break from the scheduled workouts or for the ones who just coming back from the maternity period or for those who are just new to working out,is HIIT the right workout for you to kick-off your day with?
Well, the answer is a big NO!
Starting off the week with brisk walking and slow jogging and ofcourse, with a diet covering colourful veggies and lots of proteins and can help you get a "warm-up" before the actual weight loss journey.
Slowly ,once the cardio starts to be part of the routine, you can start with lifting small weights. These weights I am telling you can be anything! Starting from your grocery bags or a cover packed with your Accountancy text books or wait! Even water bottles filled with sand can be ideal for weights!
Then you can slowly start concentrating on your abs and legs where you can do leg-ups while lying on your back, bicycle abs for arms and lunges and squats for your legs.
So what you waiting for? ! January was just a trial month.Let's get started today! :D

I have different plans in my head. I guess I should start to exercise a bit aside from walking (I love walking BTW), but the most important thing for me right now is to drink 12 glass of water everyday, I think my kidney might turn against me if not. I pray everyday to God to help me take care of my. Body I can't do it alone. And I am not safe from anything unless God fight and takes care of me.
I am planning to have a different path of career this year and this the two priorities if. Mine. Water and career without listening to others opinions that makes me scared and pressured. Actually this is going to be my first step on doing what I want and that career that I am thinking is not really cool to others. They think it is cheap. But I think that is my passion. Well I need to try it so I would know. Without fears I can do it... With Jesus by my side. God bless.

Oh yes, definitely. Drinking water helps a lot to get rid of the toxins from the body as well as to control the urge to craving for the chocolate mud pie and the lasagna that your friend had to eat right in front of you!
OMG you won't believe I have quit my job as a Software developer to take up my passion for teaching seriously. And I feel you. I have had disappointing and discouraging smug looks from many people but that's actually what made me more positive and helped me keep going.
I hope you really make it to what you want to do :)
