Machine to make hair?

Hello friends, I'm at the salon, I want to make my hair. I want to ask if there's a machine that can make hair. There have been advanced in technology that we have machine that can cut clothes and another machine sew clothes. If there are no machine to make hair, the technologists should please look into it. somethings are only made to grew naturally..more on you can use wig..

Wig is the only alternative, I feel the technologists are not just looking into it. We have machines for almost everything, let there be a machine that can make hair, at least, the hairdressers will be relieved.

@pureme yeah i need it too...am having very silky straight and less volume hair but still i love them.
