Work smarter, not harder.

I believe this is one of the crucial keys to success, we need to work smarter instead of harder. You can be the hardest working person in the world and still not get ahead of the person who is working smarter (by smarter I mean doing the right things, the things that matters, cutting off the unnecessary work and knowing how to use leverage and also knowing how to delegate tasks.) For me it's about doing all the right things, not just working hard but doing things that won't really get you far up ahead. The key is to know how to do something important with less time by having a strategy instead of just grinding and grinding but not having any strategy to ease up the work in the future. Also remember to sharpen the axe so that you can finish the task faster instead of just working and working since you will just exhaust yourself and won't be efficient anymore because the axe is no longer sharp due to the amount of stress it went through.
