Facebook is an addiction that is affecting young people. I completely agree that Facebook is a tool which is very useful but some people get addicted to it day and night with cellphones and worried about next profile picture or publishing next comment. What is going on with all this matter? I believe I should be less time in Facebook.

I used to spend some time on Facebook, but only visit it a couple of times a week now. But then, I was a teenager something like150 years ago. Typo alert: "adiction." Your fingers didn't get the double-d. I do that all the time, and then curse my fingers and correct it.

True I was addicted too. Thanks to smartphones always logged in. But then I started to log off. Started disconnecting. Result had more time to think to do other things. More time to get away from virtual world. Spend more time on real world.

Restricting yourself to half an hour a day on FB is okay, but addiction can develop if we spend more hours. That's why they have the messenger app separate from FB, so that people who wish to only chat and connect without bothering about the torrent of news feed.

Yes, I too addicted to facebook, In my mobile, I recently uninstall the facebook app, so that I am now not worrying about it. Whenever I use desktop then only I use the facebook, So my suggestion is that usage of facebook app in android mobiles should be uninstalled.
