Majority in USA supports Trump's moves

Yesterday I met my nephew who had come to Chennai from California. He is US citizen.
He was telling me that majority of people in USA support Trump's moves for restricting the entry of foreigners and moves for protecting American workers vacancies.
However this has caused a lot of trouble for countless people from all over the world. Now people with valid H1B visa also dare not leave USA because when they return they may not permitted in.
Confused position for immigrant workers. I wish a solution should come and that should help USA improve its business and help others also.

The majority of those that voted didn't vote for Trump.
I don't know how many US people support what he's doing but I suspect it isn't the majority.

I think that Trump thinks the majority agree with him. If I start agree with Trump I know I'm doomed.

I guess many will support Trump for that because it is for their country's welfare. But yeah the same here also. I hope they can do something for their economy so that they can help other countries the same way just like before
