Respect - Give it to gain it .....

Respect is gained not demanded. I have seen people who never treat others with respect but they demand themselves to be well treated.

You! Well that is how it goes specially for those who are hot tempered. We gain respect if our attitude are really should be admire and respect otherwise we gain nothing.
