We make the rules. We make the system. We make what the society is all about today. This is our legacy. To put an order and make our life easier.
I am confuse. I can disconnect my phone account using my telecom hotline. I can order things thru my telecom hotline. I can even apply a new account using my own computer and internet at my home but I can't downgrade my account using their hotline! Last week they said I could downgrade my account just connect in their customer service hotline. But yesterday they were singing a different tune. I have to go and visit their nearest office if I want a downgrade. If I have any other choice I would not subscribe with a new account anymore. But they are the best telecom in my area. I had to munch a snicker bar just to calm down.

Thank you. I wish it will happen soon too. As I don't want anymore unusable charges to me.

It is the era of smartphones and internet. Fast, entertaining, but exposed at the same time. I am not a digital person myself, I only have a facebook account that rarely got updated and a Yahoo email account. Sometimes it makes me wonder did all this tech and data I paid for is essential to my life.

Me too. And because I was a good payer they were hounding me now to get a new plan. After a few days that I wrote this post I disconnected my plan to the telecom and I feel fine about it. I'm no longer sweating the small stuff just for this.

If they are the best then you have to wait patiently. And hope you can suggest them to improve their service. It is really irritating when they can provide what the customer needs.

I actually told them that yesterday. They told me to just use the hotline and I don't need to visit their office anymore since it was just a downgrade. Then yesterday another guy from the telecom said it can't be done. That I really need to go to their office and there was nothing he can do to help me at all. Next time I will write down their names so if they give me another bad information or advice, I know who I'll point my finger to.

Hmmm I think that's a postpaid plan. I hope you can downgrade it soon. Mine is just a prepaid plan.

My plan was over for 2 years. I just let it because I still use it anyway. But now that I'm planning to have an internet plan I'm downgrading it. I don't know what is all the fuss about it that I need to go to their office.

@diosabella Yup! They should also handle those cases online. Hmmm
