Does your mood change easily?

I don't get angry easily and I think my mood is pretty consistent.
I only change my mood when something very boring / bad happens... Be it with me, with someone very close to me or a simple stranger (because one of the few things that I can't tolerate is injustice).

My mood is very consistent now. But I think that I wasn´t so much when I was younger. Anyway, even now, I cannot stand injustice.

I do suffer from mood swings, I might be bipolar because I can get mad and happy all in the same hour

I feel like my mood does change pretty quickly and I hate it at times. I do need to work on some of my issues.

My bad moods are directly connected with happenings around me but I keep them in check and get on with my normal mood which is a happy one.

The hardest thing for humans (including me) to understand is that we can choose our reactions to things. I do get angry easily and need to practice taking a breath before reacting.
