I'm Sick

I don't get sick, but I am right now. I went to the pool this morning. Everything was fine. I got home, started work on my Bible study, but the yawns just kept coming. I figured it was because I only had a few hours of sleep, so shut everything down and went back to bed for a nap - a three hour nap in which I woke up with chills, shivering so bad I didn't know what hit me.
I called my friend and told her I wouldn't be at Writer's Guild tonight. So I'm going back to bed. I'm taking a book with me and I'm going to get warm. I also have my heat up, which I normally do during the day, but I'm still sitting here trying to warm up.
I know my notifications will continue to mount up, but it can't be helped. You all have a good day, and I will get back here as soon as I can.

@just4him Lucky you. I had a nasty headache yesterday.. today my sinuses were bothering me. Now I can feel that they are draining. I hope I feel better tomorrow.

I advice you to keep you system warm...take in PLENTY of warm and plain water,2 hours,before you ingest anything...also a hot bath.2 people like this
