less damage

They say that letting go creates less damage than holding on... I'm really not sure on how to deal with that. I have been holding on ever since and it feels like hell if to let go.. the feeling will be excruciating pain knowing that you've fought hard for that long when in the end, you're just going to let go.. I just think that the idea is absurd but it has a point. oh! i dont know what to do anymore. :(

Sometimes, letting go is the only option. And it's for good.

Because it will give time for you to love yourself and soon find some else who deserve and will treat you a lot better.
