Chewing slowly actually helps you trim your waist

Do you know that chewing many times before swallowing actually helps to trim down your waist? This is because it takes time for your brain to know when you are full , so taking time to chew your food slowly actually helps to consume less food. This worked for me many years back but now back to hogging away to glory mode! So, anyone else felt the benefits from chewing slowly?

Yes. I've heard of this fact and also if we chew it for 12 times and then swallow it. This is because our digestion starts from mouth and this will help us to prevent stomach upset and storing fats.

I always eat slowly which means I don't have time to go back for seconds so I actually eat less.
