Is there a bonus earning if we add a photo in our discussion?

I just noticed that there are some members who added a photo in their created discussion. I wonder if they earn an additional profit for it or not.
And if they earn from it, I just want to ask you guys where do you get those images? Is there a website where we can use an image for free, without violating any copyright or privacy issue?
Feel free to share.

I don't know if there's a bonus. I use my own photos.

@brokenbee You have already a lot that maybe you can already put up a store selling those precious photos of yours. Haha.

photos can catch a reader's attention more than text without photosbut photos in themselves won't earn you more money. The best way to use photos is to take your own. Cameras and phone cameras are quite cheap and you don't have to be a great photographer

Nothing we do actually earns for us as such.
We earn from the interaction our posts receive...a post is a discussion/response/comment.
You could make 100 posts and if people don't read/like/respond/comment then we'll likely earn nothing.
If a post receives reads/likes/responses/comments we'll likely make something from them.
Pictures MAY attract more attention to a post but the picture itself will earn no bonus.
