One of the most widely known prayers for Christians is “The Lord’s Prayer” at Matthew 6:9-13 This prayer is repeated by many people every day. One of the things included in this prayer concerns God’s Kingdom. Jesus said to pray “thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven.” What is God’s kingdom and when that kingdom comes, how will God’s will be done on Earth? Here is a link about God’s kingdom that you might enjoy reading. You can read it in your own language by clicking on the language tab in the right hand corner and choosing the language you want.
What is the Kingdom of God? Millions pray the Our Father prayer: ‘Thy kingdom come, thy will be done.’ The Bible tells us what God’s Kingdom will do for us and when.

Praying for others is important too. I have so many friends that are getting older and have health issues and other situations. I always try to include them in my prayers.

We were taught The Lord´s Prayer at School very early on. I use it but there are also other Prayers too like Psalm 91 and the Prayer of Jabez. I usually change what I am praying lots of times and that way I can put in whomsoever needs to be prayed for.

Prayer helps me through each day. I start praying the minute I wake up most of the time. Just to help me get started. These old bones don't work too well in the mornings.

Praying helps me to feel closer to God and prayer also brings me comfort when challenges and anxieties confront me at times. Prayer is vital in my life because praying to God helps me to be keenly aware of what's important in my life. With the vital avenue of prayer, I'm able to carry out God's will and standards. There are so many reasons why prayer should be apart of one's daily regime. Most of all, prayer concerning God's heavenly based Kingdom helps me to look forward to better times.

Yes, for those who believe what the Bible says, we are assured that God is fully in control of what will take place and HIS promises indicate that HE will make some big changes. Psalm 37:9-11 and Revelation 21:3,4 are just two of the many scriptures that I love to read about the future.

@itslikethistome Have a good night and a great weekend. I'm headed for bed. It's almost midnight. I'm going to the Fair tomorrow, if it doesn't rain, so I need to get some rest.

I have made it a point of duty to pray every 3 hours, for 15 minutes, Muslims pray 5times daily, Bible says, pray without ceasing, we forget to pray most times, so I had use the Muslim method in praying.

I make sure I pray at mealtimes and when I first get up in the morning and before I go to bed. Then, there are many other times during the day that I pray for my family and friends and even for those I don't even know, because I know they are suffering in some way.
