During the winter holiday,I ate a lot but did little exercise everyday. Yesterday I found that I was overweight,I am a little disturbed. I am determined to lose weight. However the suggestions on losing weight I searched on the Internet are so changeable , I can't decide which one to choose. I need a healthy and effective method on Losing weight. What do you think about it? welcome to share your ideas.

@inter4 Take heavy breakfast such as 2 boiled eggs and a bowl of oats and a cup of green tea.The lunch should be little moderate include fibrous vegetables like carrot, raddish, beetroot and have fruits too.In the evening have some healthy snacks like sprouted pulses added with red chilly powder and after an hour do some exercise.Take your dinner 2 hrs before going to bed and it should be very light.You could rather consume only salad and fruits in dinner.

Balanced diet is a way of cutting off excess calories at the source.
Exercising is spending the reserved calories.
So both can work, individually or in tandem. You just got to choose the regimen suitable for your body.

Just eat right and don't think too much of losing weight be calm and do what is right, eat right at the right time with the right amount. Eat healthy food and drinks lots of water and make sure you poop everyday... So the fat won't stay in your body.
