"No Fighting, No Biting!"
We don't have to like everything and everybody. Sometimes, there comes situations where we will have to deal with people those whom we don't like. Where there is a will there is a way. I you want to make it smooth dealing with such people just do few important things as follows:
Hear their opinions. (It improves your listening skills anyway.)
Be careful of their feelings. (Don't hurt them.)
Give them respect. (It is important to respect one another.)
Be willing to compromise. (Not with the quality of work but with the argument.)
Listen. (There might be more in common you than you think.)
Few things like this might help your path easier to work with people you don't like.
Life is short to hate anybody but sometimes difference of opinions can cause this. That's the time when we have to be patient and adjust.
Hence for Today, Lesson no 7:
"I'll try to listen instead of fighting."

Yes, I completely agree with that. It also upsets your mental health, your day and the quality of work. Sometimes it is important to implement words like adjustment and co-operation. It makes life more simple and easy to live. Thank you very much for the comment Xavier. Have a happy evening.

Sorry I don't have room or time for negative people in my life--instead of fighting I walk away!
