Sometimes The Boss Needs To Talk Down To You

NOTE : In no way am I trying to influence anyone to quit work, whether its writing or any job. This morning I was scrolling down my home page on Niume and I noticed I did not post my picture of the day with a little poem and a music video, So after yesterdays announcement of the donation thing I found it appropriate to name it "Jive talking" and I added the song also. Next I went to Facebook to post in a couple groups and I seen a post by one of the owners of the site. More or less it was one of those Bubblews talks but not as out there as Avird, was that his name?, was with his daydreaming dodo. This guy just outright said shut up complaining and be grateful to get pennies because we are NOT professional writers.AND We put a donation box in so people who love your writing can also show they do by donating, is that not wonderful?!. Yep! that is what happened to the people writing for Niume. And yes there are the people who suck up, on their knees with arms raised "hail to the king." What he did not say about the donation is they KEEP a fee. Yes but who know what the fee is? Who knows how much was donated? Being me I wanted to write something really nasty back, but his last line was be kind to the people on the other end. So I walked away and I thought about work today, who I have hired to clean the carpets at a rental house. So I wrote something like this: "Being a business owner and an employee I know a little about how to do things. If the employee is not happy the business suffers so its good to listen to the employees to make the business run smoothly because without employees there is no business. Deal with the employees one on one." That is not word for word but its what I said. Now why should I need this mouth from someone paying me pennies? It may have just shoved me over the breaking point! That breaking point is ..... get some paying ads on my own blogs and get the money myself, cut out the middle man. Oh and anyone wants to give me a donation, send it to me and cut out the thief in the middle. I will work to cash out there but I have to draw the line somewhere, this is the year of change for me.
