What makes people great in the world?

I think great persons are born for others. They never think for only their life. They struggle hard for the well-being of others. Thus they become great and remain alive forever even after their death.

I think what makes people great is caring for others and not just themselves. But yes people do need to care for themselves also to have the strength and willpower to care for others.

It does take hard work to become great and you have to be a people person. However we should also consider not only great people but those who are talented in different ways such as musicians, actors and such because through their talent they leave their songs and movies behind and thus become immortal while great people are known if they are mentioned and remembered but not by everyone because they are not remembered every day.
