Had a wonderful vacation in Goa cost me just $160 for 5 days. Is any1 planning on a vacation

@Okay123 It seems that you covered almost all the important beaches in North and South Goa and other important places. Baga beach seemed most beautiful and picturesque to me and one could easily go inside the waves over there, when I last visited Goa.

I stayed in three places, Alagoa resort was one of it. Covered colva beach, sernabatim beach, betalbatim, calangute beach, baga beach, se cathedral church, st Xavier's church, mangeshkar temple, enjoyed watersports, did shopping, rented bike enjoyed food...

@Okay123 I am more of couch surfing guy. I dont have family so.. that's one reason lol. Glad you had a good time.

In a city like Goa, it costs $ 190 approx if you stay in good hotels. Its a very expensive city as it thrives on tourism. The people there just want to cut your pocket by charging a lot of money. That is the reason why i felt it as an achievement Cuz i bargained n got good rates for auto traveliing, renting bike, water sports, shopping n all. If a person goes for homestay then it can still go cheaper. But i preferred a hotel stay ;)
