Call Me a (reformed) Dummy

After moving from one house to the next, I finally got this computer deal onto the Internet and got myself back onto the MyLot website.
I wrote out a text posting and sent it on up to the site. Worked like a champ, it did.
The MyLot Techies fixed a little problem with uploading images, and I was able to post a photo showing 360 degrees of image of our new street here in Magnolia.
Sure is nice to do business with a responsive bunch of techies at our favorite website, isn't it?
I (sort of) figured out the solution to my problem of uploading images to the MyLot website. I believed the problem I was having was related to the pixel density (size) of the image. Turned out that it was some sort of glitch on the site - I know not what it may have been.
When I reduced the size of the image the image went onto the page.
The header image here was resized from a pixel density of "96" to "72", and it's horizontal dimension was cut back to 1000 pixels from its earlier 2000+ pixels - and - with the fixing of the image situation by the MyLot techies, the panorama made the scene as I had desired of it.

@pgntwo - Friend PGN - The images I tried to upload are sized at right around 1MB (and the max allowed is said to be 3MB), These are the the same types of images that result from the same software, etc., that I have always used to post images onto MyLot.
Further to that, I could not even upload one of the typical (small JPEG) images from Pixabay - and those have always worked.
There was no difficulty uploading the text posting.
I had forgotten how to contact the techies - so I thank you for the helpful message here, PGN.

@Ceerios I think, in the current circumstances, it needs to be ca 54KB in order to load successfully. @GoAskAlice or @MyLotBugs have probably been notified already by PM, hopefully the problem will be resolved come Monday evening.

@jaboUK - Ms Janet - The move was somewhat painful and the trauma continues on into the night (so to speak). We will survive (I believe),
And, yes, I have experienced the MyLot photo uploading deal that is now extant. I tried to upload photos of the same types and sizes as before, but they would not upload until I found that I had to shrink their sizes severely - no more of that 3 megabyte stuff. Had to put the shrinker to work down to the 200 kilobyte photo content size. Makes for tiny pictures.
