Whether you are doing it right. People will always have something to say to you. It's either praises or insult. Just do your own thing.
Have you experience that?
Working in a BPO company as a call center agent is a place of people where different personality are presents. So you need to tag along. Or else, you are going to consider weird. Though being weird is the uniquest of all. Others will find it a laughing item.
I was never bullied, because I know where to place myself. I don't talk to other agents, they are the one who talks to me. Being invicible sometimes is the best armor.

Stay away from anyone and anything that drags you down, makes you feel negative, makes you slow down, stops you from accomplishing in life, and manipulates and controls you.
Avoid everything,
people, places and things that are causing you harm!.
Put yourself first, do everything you need to do for yourself, do not think on how people feel, think about how you feel, stop saying no to yourself by saying yes to everyone, stop placing yourself on pause to save everyone else!. This is your life, you deserve to be happy, make yourself happy without caring about anyone else.
If you are not happy, if others own you, control you and dictate when it is that you can be happy, then what is the point of life?
Get away, move away and create a new life!. It is about you, no one else.!

Wow. Thanks. Sometimes it is hard to get away from people who drags you down. In my own point of view. I take it as a challenge to do my job properly. And it is up to us as well if we take it personally or just leave them. I live for 5 yrs in that position when I was still working. But now it's different. I need to let go of those people, places and things that will make me feel bad. For my own sake. Because I'm not the person I was before.

I still be me whether people find me weird or not. We can't please everyone. If they don't like me for who I am, let them be. Just as I try not to be judgemental towards others, I expect them to be the same. If not, just stay in their world and leave me alone.

I have worked in the call center in the past. But It didn't last long because I couldn't survived complicated accounts. But one time I just gave it up because of the location is area for criminals.

At the firm and even in my previous jobs, I don't mingle unless it is work-related. I don't bother myself thinking of what others will tell me. My mindset when it comes to this kind of people is this: My assets (increase/decrease) will depend on me and not on these kinds of colleagues that's why I don't exert an effort mingling or pleasing others. I do my own thing and I don't care what others will tell, as long as what I'm doing is within the bounds of law.

Never chase people. Be yourself and let these people chase you instead!

I believe and do that too. I don't mingle much. I think it is me. I am like this since I was a kid. Some of my teachers think of me as a mysterious person. I do not make friends that much because I love choosing my friends carefully.

I am a liberated soul of sorts. I attach no value to opinions that are made with half baked knowledge.

is it true that you have to always dress up? that you have to upgrade your gadgets? that you have to join when the team goes out after work or weekends?
