How to stay motivated.?

February 14, 2017 12:17am CST
I was a full time working woman .. until i left my job.. because i wanted to be with my growing little kid. But it hasn't been easy. There are days when i felt frustrated and sad and then there are days i am all motivated and full of energy. I recently started working out and got onto a controlled diet to loose some pounds.. and i noticed i have been more happy and positive. I feel like the clouds in my brain are starting to clear up. I strongly feel working out and staying active can do wonders .. of course it will get you back in shape.. but it also gives you that physiological boost.. makes you feel good about yourself.. what do you think?
