ofcourse poverty because poverty puts human kind into crime.if there is no poverty then we will be able to reduce the level of crime.what do you think about it?

MOney makes crime as well it makes people greedy and want more money not like it really makes any differance. You don't need money to be rich and you don't need to be poor to know poverty
