end of the world, mayan calendar, 2012

have you heard that the mayan calendar will end in dec 2012 just six years away. And people predict that it will be a significant event, maybe even the end of the world? do you believe it?

ok thanks! yes i agree but its a prediction, so nobody knows whether it is true until its over.

I am actually very intrested in this subject I have done a lot of research and saw the documentry on national geographic chanell about this date. And I must say it is very intresting but at the same time pretty scary since a lot of people way back then predicted that something will happen on this date which I dont really beleave anything will happen but the day before I know I will be scared about what could happen the next day.

i dont know if its true but there are quite a number of websites that are about this date and the mayan calendar if you do a search on 2012...
