what is this dash charging technology?

this one plus smartphone come with dash charging technology, i have read everything about it only, but does this technology control over charging or what? i mean my concern is to know what happens to my battery life if i make it habit of charging overnight?.

Yes u can leave it charging overnight because it uses a built loop when the charge is about to complete it stops overcharging the phone.And it will not affect your battery life also.

Is this the new technology for mobile phone chargers? I think they develop a new way or quick way of charging our phones but from the word itself, "quick" so I think you don't have to wait long hours to have your battery at full. I hope it is safe to phone owners that make it a habit to charged overnight.
