Breakfast okay. Toast, slice of ham , scrambled,,. Orange juice, milk, coffee, cream of what warm and filling. Stormy looking outside. My arm is really hurting this morning too much so to bother with a nap.I do not understand why it has periods of intense pain for no visible reason. I guess I do use my left arm more than I realize. I get so ired of this bothering me Guess Im in for a long haul o n this one and am just impatient about it.Looks like we are about o get some rain,I had to have it re dressed and that really was painful as she is not as gentle as the male nurseShe gave me two tylenol pills though and I will get a pai\n pill at lumch so tjat will help a lot. \\I have to rest typing is too painful.....
