Good evening.When was the last time you had a good cry.
They say a good cry is good for us.Not sure why.
Do anyone here knows the answer.
It has been awhile I had a good cry.Not tears but a cry.

I had a good cry yesterday.
It would have been our daughter's 26th birthday, she passed away when she was young from a bad heart.
Today I had to administer first aid to a co-worker who collapsed due to a heart condition.
I cried afterwards, it took 3 of us to try to keep her conscious for 20 minutes until the ambulance arrived.

I don't remember because I do not like to be reminded of sad times. It is not good to withhold your emotions. It is better to let it out than it burning you up inside.

I often cry at the cinema or whilst watching the telly. Sometimes I have to stop myself feeling tearful when students tell me their sad tales of life. And yet, I'm not particularly good at crying for myself, at my own sadness and whatnot.

It has been quite some time and it would have been because I miss my mom. Sometimes memories just hit and I can't hold it back.
