Safe or No

PayPal asks for debit card or credit card to link. Is it safe. Do we have any membership or registration on PayPal?

Yes, PayPal is secure. I believe that Indians need to have a bank account and PAN in order to use PayPal because of restrictions set by your country's bank. The PayPal site should tell you what you need to do, however.

Paypal is safe. It is what i use to buy or transact anything online.
