There are a whole lot of things one does to one's eyes to make them look bright, big, colourful.
I know there is mascara, eye shadow, 'kajal', contact lenses, eyebrow pencilling, shaping, the works.
I use none of those, not because I have perfect eyes but I wonder what will happen if my eyes starts itching. The makeup will no longer be make up
How do you, who do up your eyes, handle the itch (lol)

You paint your windows, don't you? Well, don't you think it's only fair that you do the same to your eyes since they're the windows to the soul and all?

@allknowing I like seeing myself with eyeliner then without. That is why i use it on a daily basis but is a masic kind of makeup. Not something super transforming that makes me look too diferent.
Makeup was made to enhance not to change completely like those that even contour until they change the shape of their face.

@Absinto Changing one's features is the worst thing that anyone can think of. Enhancing one's looks is what makeup should be doing.

If you know how to keep your eyes alone I suppose it is a good thing once in a way

I don't use contact lenses. I love using eye pencil and eye shadow not so much of mascara

That may not worry you if at all you get the urge to touch your eyes.

As long as you can manage your makeup all is well. I am not good at that.

I use none of these too. The only one I have used before was eyeliner, I used to use it once a while when I attended dinner.
I am not a person who likes to make up or know how to do so, especially when I am always with my young kids now, I don't use any now too. I just think I look weird when I have the makeup, and I don't feel comfortable too. I think the only time I have "full makeup" was when I had my photoshooting for wedding, and I also requested to be as simple as possible.

Getting ready for that great day is expected I guess. And now with kids around imagine them pulling out your artificial eye lashes

In my younger days I never went anywhere without eye makeup but I don't recall too many itches. I do know that occasionally my eyes would tear and that would be bad or if I got caught in the rain. Well anyway now I no longer have to worry because I don't put on any makeup.

You used the right word 'worry' and that is what eye makeup is all about (lol)
