The good news is - my husband isn't pregnant

My husband is having issues with his kidney function, seems his number dropped quite a bit since his last blood work six months ago. He had to go to the nephrologist who sent him for more blood work and today an ultrasound. So now we both go to the same specialist for the same reason - too much togetherness!!!
I planned to take a ride with him to the hospital for the ultrasound but I am nursing a cold, which just started yesterday. So right before he left he said, 'wish me luck'...I told him no luck involved it's just an ultrasound...turns out he's never had one before.
Naturally when he got home the first thing he said was, "I'm not pregnant."

*crosses fingers* I hope the both of you get better. And congrats on your hubby not being pregnant! I mean, he'd be the first in history to actually get pregnant, right? Haha.
Anyway, get better!

Thanks, my kidney function number went up and they aren't sure why - the same is the case for when it drops - they just don't always know: age, weight, former smoker...lots of things.

Oh my goodness, I cannot imagine someone never having an ultrasound, but I guess that goes with the territory when you are a female. I never really thought about it, but there are not as many reasons for guys to have them.
I am glad to hear that your husband is not pregnant or I bet he would have a lot of explaining to do!

@AbbyGreenhill I'm sure Ruby would have her nose right out of joint if she suddenly had to start sharing the love. :)
