As you seem to be interested in my stories on the navy I will tell you an anecdote of when we arrived with the ship to Djibouti, when we carried out anti-piracy missions in Somalia:
I was accumulating food for the children, because there are many people living there in absolute poverty, I filled my backbagthings with food , and when the taxi (with the machine-gunned roof) left us in the city center I dedicated myself to distribute food.
In a meeting on the ship they had recommended that we do not, and I could find out why, there were adults waiting for the tourists to give something to the children, then when the children left me they were beaten to take their food, When I knew this, I did not want to give them anything else unless they ate it there, then children appeared with bleeding wounds and cuts made by the adults to feel sorry for them and gave them more food. TERRIBLE.

It is really awful what goes on in this world. Some just have no feelings it would seem.
