Since I´m alone, I have no notion of the days.

I´m retired so my week days differ from the weekends because Leticia does not come on wekends.
Now that I´m alone as she is in vacations, my weeks and days are all topsy turvy.
I thought that tomorrow it was Thursday and I had my doctor´s appointment. When Dixie came to give me my shot, I discovered that today it was Tuesday. I don´t have my doctor´s appointment tomorrow.
So I gained one more day.
I have one more day to mylot, to watch TV and to read. I´m a day younger

@Asylum I know what you mean. But when we are alone, only if we get involved in a TV show they would change some.

I guess I will thank it as an extra day. Specially good since February is so short!

Try to check off each day as you get to it on your calendar. It helps with keeping the date straight.

@marguicha I double check my cell phone. LOL. During the weekdays I have my date book with me and have to enter information into it all day. So I know what day it is until my day off!

@ElusiveButterfly I am retired so I have a date book, but I don´t really check on it. When Leticia is here, she reminds me.

Being at home alone, I would need my notebook at my side.

I sometimes lose track of days too and think it is another day of the week

I'm never aware of what day it is unless I'm going to church (must be Sunday), or I'm going to visit my father (Wednesday). This week I missed my Monday visit with my granddaughter .

I had to buy a big notebook to write my appointments (usually to the doctor). Unfortunatly, I forget to read it

Last Friday night, I set my alarm to get up to go to Church, thinking that the next day was Sunday. I blew it off that day, but it was Saturday not Sunday, so that worked out.

I know this feeling. It is hard to structure the days when you live alone. This is why I check the day and date on my phone each morning. I have had one too many times like you describe.

That is a great help. Leticia helps me a lot because she is always aware of the days.

I´m glad I discovered it today, before I went to the doctor the day before
