Has anyone noticed getting new allergies? I had some after a CT SCAN yesterday.

Yesterday, I had a CT Scan with contrast. I think it's a dye to help them see the images better. I have had them before. Yesterday was the first time that I got big white itchy bumps on patches of red skin. They appeared on the my left arm first. My IV was in my right arm. I've been putting itch cream on them but it even feels like the bones inside of my fingers were itchy. Another new experience for me, they said that the contrast fluid would be warm, which I've felt before. This time it felt like I was melting, a truly weird sensation!
