I am as it i satisfied. The only thing I do not like is the way they they deal with us. When you need to talk to a customer care, they make you for 1 hour, before to answer you. After that they tell you, it is going to take another, up to 10 days before they go fix your problem at your place.
Then if they think that you are the one that damaged the equipment, they make you pay, $ 95.00/call. We cannot change provider, in our area, for now. So yep, we are stuck with, FOR NOW.

I get 10mbps for paying 2,400 pesos per month which is more than enough bargain. I have other internet provider that collects 1k per month with only 1mpbs bitrate which is also quite reasonable as long as the connection don't get down for stretch at a time. I suggest a metered connection is more feasible than a flat rate arrangement.

Living on a non road, with limited vehicular access I'm not surprised that they bill $95.00 for a service call. You are fortunate that they are willing to come to your door.
Living rurally means we have limited options for an internet provider. The Bell Hub which is gold plated service....emergency use only cost me $50.00 a month for 2 GB. Then we found a better value, although a bit slower .......unlimited internet for $50.00 a month. Twice in the last year we have had problems.....the first time, the problem was at the tower and fixed two days later......the next time they came out and installed a different dish (at no charge to us) to improve our reception.

I guess my Internet is fast. I don't know because I don't have the service of anybody else to compare.

Have you tried cleaning out your cookies? It can help speed it up.

Internet speeds are so low in India that 2 mbps in daytime is hard to get.
