Reasons why I'd make a horrible hostage.

Well, it is currently three hours past my bedtime. I tend to go to bed at 8 am (I work third shift, for like the three mylotters that didn't already know this) but today I just couldn't make myself fall asleep.
You see, when I have the slightest bit of discomfort I can't sleep. I'm not feeling very well now, but I also don't have the medicine that I can take to make me feel better. I hate taking meds but when you've tried everything else? Sometimes you just have to.
Anyway, I would not make a good hostage because when I am in pain I tend to get quiet. Well actually, I guess that would make me the ideal hostage.
I do get cranky if I haven't ate though, so any would be kidnapper might want to pay heed to that.
Ugh, hopefully I can go off to la la land soon.

Well if the hostage taker is going to do it, they might as well do it right!
Some criticism is constructive...

This is true. However, in the case of an actual abduction? One would be going into a panic mode, and things get very unpredictable then.

I slept from sometimes after the noon hour until about 5:30 pm. I am such a big baby when it comes to certian pains. I think I could much better deal with a break than I could an ache to due with my stomach, or my throat.
Oh dear, Rent a hostage.

I won't fight and try to be loud as I can :)
There are some nights where I have a hard time sleeping. Since you sleep in the AM do you use black out curtains

@infatuatedbby Mine is a silk mask and so it really doesn't bother me overly much. I can't stand having any kind of light in my room when I am sleeping. I have a piece of furniture in the way so that I can't hang curtains.

I have a face mask, but this is partially why I want a make shift canopy.

Lol you would be a troublesome hostage but I hope you get better soon and get some rest working third shift can be hard and not to mention even harder when you have a family who sleeps normal hours and you have to also balance that along with work and sleep.

Luckily it's just little ol' me. The majority of my co-workers do have growing families and I don't envy them their lack of sleep. One comes in and takes a nap at lunch pretty much every time.
I did get to sleep eventually, and feel better now, thank you.

I was up late last night, so I'll have no problem falling asleep tonight!
