My Facebook is Hacked!

I was on Facebook on my phone when out of no where I get signed off of the ap and the messenger app. Immediately I think someone else has gotten into my account from somewhere unknown and now I need to get back in ASAP. I tried logging back in immediately and every time I tried I got a message saying I needed to verify that I was in fact myself because Facebook thinks someone else logged in, they are right. Every time I went to verify it says that an error occurred in processing the request and so I can't log in. I did it on my phone then tried on my computer with the same problem. I don't know what they think they are doing because Facebook now freezes an account and makes it invisible to EVERYONE including friends if it suspects the account is being hacked. So there is nothing this person can do. It is just incredibly annoying! I am going to try again now. have you ever been hacked on a social media account?
