I'm trying to change my diet and start eating healthy breakfast from now on. I am trying to eliminate bacon for breakfast and have more fruits and vegetables instead. Only thing remaining is my cup of coffee since I really need it in the morning. Also whole wheat bread instead of rice, or I'll have more brown rice instead of the regular ones.
So what do you usually take for breakfast?

Though my "morning" happens at anytime of the day, i still start it with a mug of coffee. I don't normally eat until after a couple of hours. By then, i usually just make a sandwich/burger or a heavy meal if im too hungry. It depends really..

I take 1 cup of green tea and some almonds and after little exercise I eat bowl of oats or boiled sprouted pulses with little pepper and chilly

I have eggs toast and bacon some days, some days i will have a bagel and other days waffles or something. It depends on what i feel like having that day. I love french toast also.

Sometimes, coffee and bread...
Other times, I cook instant noodles with different veggies...

I like scrambled eggs with some toast or sauteed vegetables (like spinach and sweet potatoes, or asparagus and mushrooms).
