Memories --not forgettable

There are a lot of memories which can't be forgotten. Some of.those be good and some be bad. But due to doodle memories we live life good in bad days. Do you agree to me.

It is good to have memories but good and bad - but good ones are better.

Yes only memories which make us feel nostalgic and evoke happiness keeps us going during the not so good times in our life.

No person will know the value of life if these two characteristics are not encountered. Everybody goes through it that is why the saying of great people like Shakespeare "no human is a Saint". Be happy with what you do but aim at goods thing which will make you a happy and a lighter person with no guilt. It is a part and parcel of life. What about thinking of riding a beautiful horse, flying a small plain, playing tennis, going for a swim, doing gardening, so forth, so many beautiful things God Almighty has blessed us some for money and some free from God. i.e rivers, seas and the jungle. I agree somewhat, it's is always good to have memories good or bad because it gives you something to learn from.

@pammooratan Good memories can make us feel good. Some bad memories can be stuck in our minds causing depression / anxiety. It's easier said than done but remembering good memories is the better way to go.
