Lack of Sleep

My head aches.
I think I really need sleep.
I only had 5 hours of sleep last night.
And I think it is not enough.
I tried to nap at noon today, but hadn't slept much also.
So maybe I have to sleep early tonight to eliminate this headache that I feel.

@magallon There was one Koreannovela I came across on TV one time and I viewed it for quite a time. It was about food. Another was was about kings and queens. I kind of liked their culture.

Sleeplessness is probably causing you restlessness and headache. Please also get your blood pressure checked up, headache could be due to blood pressure also.

I had 4 hours of sleep last night and 3 hours the other night.
I planned to take a nap this afternoon but when I woke up, it's almost 11 pm already and I forgot that I slept in the afternoon.
