Why yoga is necessary in the morning !!

Yoga is an ancient form of medication and exercise with its roots of origin in India. It was practiced by rulers all around Asia even before the great pyramids of Giza came into existence. Yoga helps reveal and bring out the true capacity of the human body and mind. It is widely known that celebrities and famous people practice yoga everyday to help them throughout the day with their busy or otherwise stressful life. There are different methods to practise yoga and the same can be found in the internet.

Agree with whatever you have written in the post. Not only that awareness about yoga has increased in the world too and many are practicing them and staying. It is a good exercise for the mind, body and soul. It should be practiced regularly to have maximum results.[i][/i]

I do yoga everyday,but not in the morning. Morning is the time when I have to leave for my workplace.Before leaving I have to do a lot of work.So I practise yoga in the evening after returning from my long evening walks.

Even though I have not been much into Yoga, I do practice one or two Yoga like exercises and Yoga is something that can be good for our healthy existence and vitality.

I certainly agree that yoga is necessary. It helps you in a lot of ways. It also will keep you fresh and cheerful throughout the day. Plus the health benefits are a bonus.

yes agree with u..yoga helps to reduce stress.and as we all know that due to our hactic life sometimes we got frustrated and depressed and when we do yoga in the morning we feels very fresh and stressfree.it relax our mind and it also helpful for various health issues without any sideeffects(if practiced properly)
