Another Monday Rolls Around / myLot

don't know where the weekend went. It just seemed to disappear in the blink of an eye. Here we are with a semi sunny Monday in my neck of the woods. I'm just sitting here enjoying my coffee and doing a little myLotting before the day officially gets started. I have some errands to run today including the Dollar Store which is one of my favorite places to shop. I also have to drop off my property tax bill at the town hall building and put some other bills in the mail. Gas prices are steadily increasing but my car needs a fill-up and I don't think I have very much of a discount from our grocery store discount card. Other than that it's a normal day here for a Monday. What's happening in your neck of the woods?

Good afternoon now! It's always my favorite day, Friday, for me. I'm enjoying my morning bike rides and afternoon walks with my friend. The weather is superb and way too glorious. I had a busy, but fun weekend, so relaxing today and gearing up for lots of social activities. We are so blessed to have so many wonderful friends down here and at home. Enjoy your day!

@Marilynda1225 Thank you. It's a given down here. Even though it's not a vacation for us, it feels like one. I feel so blessed and try to make the best of each and every day. Life is too short.

Good morning. I am at work today. I thought I had a doctors appointment but turns out that it is only tomorrow. It is another nice day here too. Enjoy your trip to the Dollar Store. It is always fun shopping there!!

Good Monday morning Marilyn!

Today I start a shorter workweek-which I requested last month. I'm going to work just 4 hours for 5 days a week, which will allow me more time to finish up the packing here.

I've gotten so used to the boxes stacked in certain rooms that I'm running the risk of getting behind.

We will have our storage pod delivered in a short time, and then my husband will start filling it. I hope that you enjoy your shopping trip, I'm liking having more time at home.

@Marilynda1225 I'm kind of at a stand still as far as packing goes currently. I am trying to keep my spring wardrobe close, for the mild days, and there are certain pots and pans and other utensils that I need in the kitchen. Give me a couple of weeks and I'll be past all of that.
