Ayurvedic medicines from India have been on the international radar for a long time.
With mixed response for it from the last few decades scientists and top doctors have come to the conclusion that Ayurveda can help in the prevention as well as slowing down major diseases and illnesses.
With recent reports suggesting that people from around the world are flocking to India to seek ayurvedic treatment is a clear sign that the world has witnessed an ancient practise still relevant today

Did you see the movie “Seven” starring Priyanka Chopra? One of her husband was a specialist on Ayurvedic medicine. I remember it because he first tried to heal her and then he tried to kill her. He failed. I don't know much but based on what I do understand Ayurveda has great value.

@Vishalpawar - Oh that particular movie was a complete work of fiction! It was very entertaining though. I've done some research on Aryuveda. I know it's the real deal!
