I Hope The Weatherman Is Correct

Earlier today, my husband listened to the weather and it said that by 5 o'clock, it should start raining. There is a 40 percent chance. It has been sunny with some clouds and unseasonably warm today. He needed to know this because he is off work today and wanting to paint our back deck. He is doing it right now as I type at nearly 1:30 pm in the afternoon. He figures by doing it earlier in the day, it should be dry by 5 o'clock because it only takes the paint around 2 hours to dry. Lets hope the weatherman is correct and the rain doesn't start way sooner!

Oh boy for your husband's sake I really hope the weather men are accurate. I likely would not paint at all if I saw rain in the forecast. Then again lots of times it says no rain and we get rain so it's just hard to know how it will really be until the weather is here.

Luckily, it didn't rain. It dried pretty quick, but just in case it did rain, he put plastic over it.

I hope you are ok. I read where tornadoes touched down in your area.

@JudyEv It does. My husband is very handy and creative. He always does a good job on the things he builds and paints.

I hope for your sake he was right because there is nothing worse than you set out to do a task like that and your work gets ruined by rain. If it isn't already bad enough that the work may get ruined you also have to worry about the cost of redoing the task and going back out to buy more supplies.
