Different countries have their different menus to start their day.
Some prefer cereals some prefer proper meals but some are just content with normal bread and butter with tea or coffee.
In Asia particularly there is a discussion over the choose coz people order eating proper food to start their day which sometimes makes them skip lunch which is in the end not good for health.
So what's your preferred choice for breakfast to start your day ?

I usually eat cold cereal or peanut butter and jelly toast. Sometimes, I drink a protein shake instead, especially when I work out.

In our household everyone eats what they want to. We do not have a particular pattern.

During the week, it has to be something fast... like cold cereal, but weekends... bring on the good stuff!!

Sometimes I start my day with a cup of coffee with bread. Sometimes I start my day also with a glass of mineral water. As I see both of us have similar patterns.

I like different cereals with soya milk or porridge or toast. It depends on how I feel. I tend to eat porridge in the winter. I've been eating a porridge made with quinoa and it is very nutritious. I have just bought some rice flake porridge but haven't tried it yet. Looking forward to that. What do people usually eat in Asia?

Often I begin my day with the traditional Balkan vs. Bulgarian bread meal "banitza" and a cup of coffee.
