Peace of Mind

Hey Friends...
We all feel stressed bounded by lots of pressure, tensions and negativity. I cannot comment on what others feel but I have noticed a positive or a negative vibes from the person I meet. I used spent lot of time with the one who give strong positive vibes however I completely ignore those who are with negative vibes...
I’ve since realized that peace is always available, and like any desirable state of mind, it requires effort, even if that effort entails consciously choosing to be still.
If you’d also like to develop a greater sense of peace, you may find these suggestions helpful:
1) Meditation: 20-25 minutes always help
2) Communication: Make a note of everything that’s weighing you down mentally and then burn it as a form of letting go.
3) Creativity: Engage your self in those work which you love to do
4) Activity: Dance if you love to dance,,, Play music if are fond of it
5) Reading: Read Good books full of motivation & spiritualism
I have tried these and find it very fruitful hope this may help others as well.....

Very NYC sometime I prefer playing carrom with my Dad too ...amazing feeling
