Best practise to keep yourself hydrated in summers ?

Well with the start the March winter is definitely not coming anymore and as the mercury sores up it's time to prepare for the summer. With each year the temperature just rising there are discussions as to how keep yourself hydrated in case you need to move around in this heat. Well as per me having water a lot throughout the day and including fruits specially watermelon in your diet is essential. Plus avoiding spicy and oily food along with decreasing your overall meal intake will help you stay fresh and healthy in this summer.

I always drink a lot of water especially in the summer. I like water.

I always drink about 8 glass per day. But in summer I increase it about 10 glass per day

I drink about 8 glasses of water per day during summer. I suffer from low BP and really need to keep my body hydrated. Eating fresh fruits and drinking fruit juices also helps as they are full of vitamins
