Do you ever stand and really look st all the choices in the shampoo isle. It can be very overwhelming. There are so many choices and it seems like you would need a combination of all of them to get the look you really want. My doctor and I were chatting about it the other day. She reminded me that I should go with a basic gentle choice, add some things to my diet for a couple months and then see what I thought my hair needed. So that is what I am going to do.......

We buy suave its not expensive and it smells nice and keeps the hair clean. Nothing fancy here with the shampoo but we do kick out a little extra for stuff to apply to the hair after its been washed. Like Indian hemp and Coconut grease to make sure the hair is not dry mostly for the girls. We boys have both cut our long hair.

That's good advice. I mostly go by price but I just have straight, fine hair and no real problems so it works for me.

I usually choose the shampoo that moisturises your hair instead of dry scalp for healthy hair
