The other day purchased portable battery for my iPhone only to find that the cable which they included does not fit into iPhone's charge port.
I went back to the website where I purchased it and the description clearly stated that this portable battery is for IPhone 6.
Then I checked the one provided by the manufacturer and I couldn't find any mention of IPhone 6.
I contacted the website about refunding but no reply from them yet.
Did you ever purchase something and found out that it was not as described by the seller?
The photo is of another charger.

Hello there everyone! Buying online? As an advice before buying things online is to check the website if it is a trusted one. Then, check the credibility or the reputation of the particular seller. Usually, online selling sites allows users to rate and provide feedback the seller whether is is positive or negative, the trust rating of the user is also an important indicator when buying online. About the product, check if there are also other people who bought that same item then check its reviews as feedback about the product. Just wait for reply, it is his responsibility to respond to customer's feedback. I hope this helps. Have a nice day.

That is not good and if enough people complain they will have to take it off . I ordered something once and I could not get it to work. I never contacted the people because I just did not want to deal with it so did not do anything. It worked for someone else but not for me.
