Is This To Do With Karma?

I was looking for my mobile phone at home when my husband called me to let me know that my mobile phone was at my son's school and I had 10 minutes to get it before the lady from the office left for the day.
I rushed there to pick it up. Poor the lady, it was nearly 5pm and she had to wait for me. I asked her where my mobile phone was and she told me it was near my son's classroom. Thanking her I left the office with my phone in my hand.
No idea how she worked out it was mine but I was so happy that I had my phone back...
I keep thinking to myself, is this Karma? Is it because I often return something that people dropped now someone did the same thing for me?

It was not karma but that lady's goodness. Some like to reach out.

I think it's karma too and your kindness paid back, that's the reward in doing good, it always comes back

You think so? I am sort of in between, believe in karma but at the same time thinking that it was coincidence.
