When will companies begin valuing their employees?

A post is circulating a lot these days on social media which advises the owners of various organisations, in general, that they need to take care of their employees and their clients will be taken good care of by the employees. They won't have to worry about the clients any further. This is probably one of the simplest rules for business organisations but also one of the most ignored one. Most of the organisations fail to offer satisfactory importance to their employees. The result is that the employees get paid by the organisation and still criticise it. They know their responsibility towards the organisation and also fulfil it but neither get job satisfaction nor try to add their best effort to the work done. They do not even recommend the products of their organisation to potential clients with whom they interact unofficially.
Employee turnover is one of the biggest problems for any organisation. It is a well established fact that an average workman working for long period at an organisation will be far more productive than many highly skilled workers working in his place in the same organisation turn by turn during that particular period. And a company can not retain workers for long periods unless it respects their individuality and succeeds in providing them job satisfaction.
The best test for the standard of an organisation is to check how satisfied its employees are. That includes the salary as well as the job satisfaction offered. An employee having low living standard wing to lower salary can not contribute at all in improving the impression of its organisation in the corporate world. Just imagine the difference in the impression of the two companies on the same client if salesman from one comes by public transport and is wearing clothes that have clearly been bought from the most pocket friendly market in the city while the one from the other has been provided by the company with, let's say, a motor bike to reach the clients; a dress that displays the name of a well known brand, even if it is not one of the most costly ones; and a cell phone. Providing such facilities to a salesman is not non sense. Lots of companies do even better. Facilities provided to the employees by a company, perhaps, is the most effective way of advertisement.
But, then, people are different from one another and not all can think in the same manner. But it is certain that providing job satisfaction to its employees always pays back in a handsome manner.

I have observed in my career that many companies do not value their employees and their is a difference between what the employee expects and what the employer provides and there is also a difference between what a employer expects on the workside from the employee and the employees output. Employers also first tell the work role and then shift goal posts to suit their convenience. In our country the population is very high hence more labor is available at a lower price hence employees are taken for granted too. Thus the company saves costs in many ways as many workers will leave midway dissatisfied.

All workers should be taken care of and treated with respect.
Otherwise how can they run a good Company.
If there is harmony between the Boss and the Workers the business will run much better.

I know that but rarely does any Indian company or MNCs at India understand this. They are busy exploiting their employees and seldom keep up a good work culture.
