Hey friends... As you all know I love photography and I have received very much motivation from all my friends here. I want to show one more work of my passion... Hope you all like it... And guys I would really love if you would share your work as well with the comments so that I could learn better.....

I showed your pic to my husband, an amateur photographer. His assessment was: The picture does not follow the rule of thirds. The horizon is in the middle of the picture. There is no subject. But, one the plus side, the picture has nice tones, and good light exposure. And those, in my (granted, limited) experience, are the hard things. As far as tones, I have agree with his comments: the blues in the water and the sky are absolutely gorgeous.

Hi, I really love the suggestion you gave and I will definitely keep in mind. However I am not that trained and I do not understand the core terminology...

@rupshree01 The rule of thirds is that—I'm not going to state this very well, I'm afraid—imagine two horizontal and two vertical lines through the picture, equally spaced, so you have a grid. There should be a subject (the main focus of the picture) on one of the four places where those lines intersect.

This photograph looks good as it is taken from a vantage point and covers the seashore with people having a good time. There is good breeze as lots of boats can be seen in the water. The green background and the coconut trees also add to the background. You have got a good snap from the camera. Keep up the good work. Would like to see more pictures and places from you.

@rupshree01 - I do not go by "rules" of thirds, fourths, or 100s as to the photos that I make. My "rule" is "if I like the picture, then it follows all of my single rule." I like the attached picture - and I hope that you might also like it. (That is my really only "rule." ) -Gus-
